NNMC Test Kits and Technical Services for Roche Equipment

The Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition - Test Kits and Technical Services The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to restrict competition and negotiate a firm-fixed-price award with Roche Diagnostics Corporation (UEI: JDMDFEZBYH36). Roche Diagnostics Corporation is the only vendor capable of providing test kits, supplies, and services compatible with the Roche equipment currently installed at the facility.

The NAICS code is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Period of Performance will be for a 12-month period from the date of award. The award will be a sole sources procurement pursuant to RFO 12.201-1. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. The notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement.

Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due September 11, 2026, by 10:00 am MDT. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
