DATIX – PolicyStat Software for the Kayenta Health Center

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to DATIX (USA), Inc. UEI No.: QK5YGNPWLAJ1 for a web-based software for policy management. PolicyStat allows current policies to be centrally located online and help remain compliant by supporting Regulatory and Accreditation activities to deliver adequate patient care services as required by the Quality Management Department.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to DATIX (USA), Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than DATIX (USA), Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 10:00am EDT on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
