NAIHS PDQ Licenses for Inventory Software

The Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm fixed price contract with PDQ.COM CORP (Unique Entity ID #ULKXVE4KBJ13), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.

Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). PDQ.com Corp is able to provide licenses for inventory software for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service Facilities. PDQ.Com is the exclusive provider of the license inventory software.

The NAICS code is 541519, with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
