Notice of Intent to Award - Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Delivery of Miscellaneous Building Supplies and Materials

Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreement The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit located at Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate six (6) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the following vendors: Gallup Lumber Supply Johnstone dba JMT, Inc Bighorn Ridgerunners Border State Industries Summit Electric Supply State Supply Co. Inc. The purpose of the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the delivery of various and miscellaneous building materials, supplies, hardware, electrical supplies, painting supplies, HVAC supplies, lighting fixtures, etc. on an AS NEEDED BASIS for the Crownpoint Service Unit Facility Management Department.

The anticipated Period of Performance: Award Date to 12/31/2025 plus One Option Period. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332999 – All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Products. No further awards will be made unless the needs of Crownpoint Service Unit encounters changes.

Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Kayenta Health Center. Responses to this notice shall be received no later 12:00 Pm EDT on March 12, 2025. In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
