BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR A VARIETY OF HP TONERS AND SUPPLIES

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center located at Shiprock, NM 87420 has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Services Agreement for HP Toners and printer supplies for the General Services Department. The Period of Performance will have a base period of 1 year with an option to extend the contract for an additional 2 years.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339940 – Office Supplies (except Paper) Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees with a small business size standard of 1,250.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1506113 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 14, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 20, 2025. The acquisition is a ISBEE set-aside.
