Telehealth, Behavioral Health Proposed NAICS Code: 621112 Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists SBA Size Standard: $13.5 Million Dollars Description: Indian Health Service (IHS) Nashville Area Office intends to solicit and award a single fixed-price contract to provide Behavioral Health Telehealth services. Services will include medication management, therapy sessions with individuals as well as family.

This would Include Adults with Serious Mental Illnesses, Adults and/or Children with Developmental disabilities, Persons with Substance Use Disorders, Children with Serious Emotional Disturbances as well as other emotional/mental health concerns. The Government is seeking input to determine the availability vendors who meets the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet the small business size standards under the associated NAICS.

Place of Contract Performance:

New York Solicitation Date: The pre-solicitation is expected to be posted 15 days after the date of this notice.

Award and Duration: 12 Month Base Year with, Four (4), 12 Month Option Years. All responsible sources should identify their interest by responding to this sources sought notice by email to paul.carr@ihs.gov with the following information: Company Name and SAM UEI # Completed and signed Indian Health Service Buy-Indian act IEE representation form Associated size standard under the proposed NAICS. Interest/capabilities statement (no more than 1 page) Response is strictly voluntary but may be used to determine the set-aside used of an upcoming solicitation. It is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in the subsequent solicitation.
