Notice of Intent - KHC - XN2000 Automated Hematology Analyzer

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Sysmex America, Inc., UEI Number RCK2KP74XJF1, for XN-2000 automated Hematology Analyzer that will be utilized for tests of CBC testing by fluorescent flow cytometry and 5-part differential with scatter grams and the following Parameters: WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-SD, RDW-CV, PLT, MPV, NEUT%, NEUT#, LYMPH%, LYMPH#, MONO%, MONO#, EOS%, EOS#, BASO%, BASO#.

The XN-2000 analyzer has dual sampling or closed and open mode testing; and runs 55-60 samples/hr. The analyzers have barcode reading capabilities and have adaptors for testing of microtainer samples from neonates. Period of Performance is from 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025.

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Sysmex America, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required analyzer, reagents, linearity materials, QC materials, a Quality Assurance Program, preventive maintenance services, and technical support to ensure direct patient care at the facility. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
