The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in/at Hwy 491 N, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has an upcoming requirement for a Nutritionist to perform on-site services to the eligible beneficiaries of the Indian Health Service. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $10.0 million.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00039 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 25, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, key personnel qualifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 20, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. MST. The acquisition is a total 100% Small Business set aside.
