The Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in Crownpoint NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for OEM HP toners for the Information Technology Department on an “As Needed Basis”. Period of Performance will be from date of award to May 31, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339940 <enter NAICS code> with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1491935 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 14, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, and price. Quotes will be due on or by June 21, 2024. The acquisition is a Indian Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).
