Delivery of Compressed Medical Gases

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tohatchi Health Center in Tohatchi, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed price award to Four Corners Welders Supply, Inc. for Delivery of Compressed Medical Gases as required by the Tohatchi Health Center loated in Tohachi, New Mexico. Period of Performance is Base plus Three Option Periods.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Four Corners Welders Supply, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on geographical location. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than the Four Corners Welding, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Felecia Chavez, Contract Specialist, at felecia.chavez@ihs.gov by 12:00 pm on Friday, September 06, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be posted.
