Notice of Intent - GSU THC Medical Waste Collection and Removal IHS1496209

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tohatchi Health Center (THC) - Tohatchi Health Center, Tohatchi, NM , intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price purchase order award to Triology Medwaste Southeast, LLC , UEI Number G2YXW2NNCKH3 for Medical waste : collection and removal, with period of performance: 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2027; there will be for three (3) years as a base plus two option years.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Triology is uniquely qualified to render the required services to ensure safe disposal of medical waste for the facility to avoid any discrepancies that could have a negative impact on direct patient care. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Triology Medwaste Southeast, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ken Parrish, Purchasing Agent, at ken.parrish@ihs.gov by 3:00 PM MDT on Sunday, 09/15/2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
