GSU Blanket Purchase Agreement for Dental Supplies

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico 87301, has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for dental supplies.

The BPA will have a Base year plus three 1-year options using the following schedule: Base Year October 15, 2024 – October 31, 2025 1st Option Year November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026 2nd Option Year November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2027 3rd Option Year November 1, 2027 – October 31, 2028 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00001 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by September 25, 2024. Evaluation factors may include the vendor must meet the technical capabilities listed in the specification sheets, delivery date, and price. Quotes will be due on or by October 4, 2024 at 4:30 pm MDT. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set aside.
