GSU BPA for Dental Supplies

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico 87301 has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for dental supplies. The BPA will have a Base year plus three 1-year options. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00114 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by August 21, 2024. Evaluation factors may include the vendor must meet the technical capabilities listed in the specification sheets, delivery date, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 30, 2024 at 3:30 pm MDT.

The acquisition is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.
