The Indian Health Service (IHS), Gallup Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with Topcon Medical Systems Inc (UEI Z825DH276WN2) for the procurement of software, five-year license fee, and technical support. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued.
