BPA for subsistence and non-food items on an “As Needed Basis”

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed-price Contract to Sysco for the delivery for subsistence and non-food items for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. This serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals; and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement.

Interested firms may identify their interest in writing/email to the Government point of contact by submitting no more than a five (5)-page capability statement. Additional documentation is available upon request. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. Mountain Day Light Savings Time (MDLST) on April 13, 2024. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
