Construction Service - Installation of Floor Planks at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Center

Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Facility Maintenance needs a Contractor to provide CONSTRUCTION services to install floor planks at various departments. The current carpet installed is 16 years old, no longer meets Joint commission requirement, unsanitary condition, and seams are loose that is a safety hazard.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation.
