Uniform Services for Northern Navajo Medical Center

Amendment No. 1 - Please see attachment Solicitation Amendment No. 1 for information to amendment. The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 is seeking capable vendors interested in providing the services to satisfy the requirement for uniform dry-cleaning and laundry services for the Housekeeping Department.

The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months from the Date of Award (i.e. 01/10/2023 – 01/09/2024). The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 812320 – Dry-cleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated) with a small business size standard of $8M. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, past performance, and price.

Quotes will be due on or before February 1, 2024. The acquisition is set-aside as full and open competition. Email questions no later than 2 days before the closing of the solicitation. Reference the solicitation number and title in the subject line. Refer to Section E for Solicitation instructions. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
