Pest Control Services

**THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and only offers form Buy Indian small businesses will be accepted. This solicitation notice is a request for proposals “Non-Personal Service” contract to provide pest control services at Northern Navajo Medical Center, (NNMC) U.S. Hwy 91 North, Shiprock, NM. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated Period of Performance is from 05/06/2024 to 05/05/2025.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561710 Exterminating and Pest Control Services with a small business size standard of $30M. This solicitation is using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Incomplete submission(s) of REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT be reviewed or considered including direct submission to the hospital managers. In addition, any Quotes received after the RFQ dates WILL NOT be accepted. IDENTIFY submission with solicitation Notice ID number only.
