The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement for the delivery of diesel fuel for two (2) Fuel Tanks: One (1) 10,000-gallon tank and One (1) 8,000-gallon tank for the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Facility Maintenance Department. The anticipated delivery date within 60 days from Date of Award.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 324199 – All Other Petroleum and Coal Products Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 numbers of employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1485487 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 02/12/2024.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 22, 2024. The acquisition is a set aside as full and open competition.
