The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit, located in/at US Hwy 160 S MP 394, Kayenta, Arizona, 86033, has an upcoming requirement to purchase various supplies and equipment. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 550 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00072 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 12, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capabilities to meet the requirement, delivery date, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 19, 2024, by 2:30 pm MDT. The acquisition is a total 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.
