Collection and Disposal Services of Infectious Medical Waste and Pharmaceutical Waste for FCRHC

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement for the collection and disposal of hazardous and infectious waste for the Four Corners Regional Health Center, Housekeeping Department. The anticipated period of performance will be twelve (12) continuous months from the Date of Award.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562211 – Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1482829 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 03/31/2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price.

Quotes will be due on or by February 22, 2024. The acquisition is a set aside as small business.
