Notice of Intent - Various BPAs for the Inscription House Health Center (IHHC)

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) - Tonalea, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awards to Gardner Metals, UEI Number CH83CQHZ8UK8, HHB Builders, UEI Number K64AN79KVD39, and Gallup Lumber & Supply, UEI Number L5S6AMCTNJV3, for various supplies for miscellaneous building supplies, lumber materials, and hardware supplies/tools on an “as needed basis” as required by the Facilities Management Department to cover the Clinic and Quarters locations.

Award will be for three (3) years as a base plus two option years. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Gardner Metals, HHB Builders, and Gallup Lumber & Supply is uniquely qualified to provide the required supplies for various repairs of the Clinic and Quarters, to maintain the facility to avoid any discrepancies that could have a negative impact on direct patient care. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than Gardner Metals, HHB Builders, or Gallup Lumber Supply may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM EST on Friday, 05/24/2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
