OPLA Recruiting Service

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Investigations and Operations Support Division (IOSD) is issuing a sources sought notice for social recruiting services for attorneys through recruiting websites. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to assist with vacancy announcements, resume databases, applicant/application inquiries, and general service assistance.

The intent is to allow potential offerors the opportunity to provide insight into factors that may impact the acquisition of the required services. This SOURCES SOUGHT is issued solely for market research, planning, and information purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Request for Proposal (RFP), etc.). This SOURCES SOUGHT does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. ICE is not seeking proposals at this time.

Further, ICE will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT. Participants in this market research are advised that the Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT. All costs associated with responding to this SOURCES SOUGHT will be solely at the interested party's expense.

Responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT will be used to identify potential sources, vehicles and set asides for specific small business classifications.If you can provide the requested service or have questions, please notify the contract specialist listed in this announcement by the closing date of the posting.
