This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 512110, Motion Picture and Video Production, with a size standard of $40 million. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 17 January 2025 and Defense Publication Notice 20250117 dated 17 January 2025. Requirement Description The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) has a requirement for video projection, display and remote, live video streaming on Saturday, 17 May 2025 at the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Hall. Projected ceremony time is 2.5 hours.
