USTRANSCOM has awarded firm fixed price contracts under solicitation HTC71126RCC01 to Kenn Borek Air, Bald Mountain Air Service, Win Aviation, and Lohman Aviation to provide air charter services in support of ICEX 2026 Operation Ice Camp. The contracts were awarded following a competitive evaluation and will provide specialized aircraft services, including ski-wheel equipped aircraft, rear-loading aircraft, and rotary wing aircraft, to support Arctic operations.
