This effort will provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) support expertise focused on inclusion of standardized best practice activities, engagements, and communications to over 36,000 military and civilian personnel in the logistics and financial domains, and contractors, union workers, commercial carriers, vendors, program managers and other stakeholders impacted by the change and implementation of the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS).
