Audiometric Booth

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941024Q2080. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510. The size standard is 1,250.

This is 100% set aside for small business. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The contractor shall provide and install an audiometric booth for the purposes of administering hearing tests. Q: Please confirm if the booth must be single or double walled?

A: The booth shall be doubled walled. See revised minimum specifications. The closing date and time remains unchanged. All other terms and conditions regarding this RFP remain unchanged. The contractor shall acknowledge all amendments when submitting their quote.
