NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941024Q2014 It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06 effective 12/04/2023 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 12/22/2023.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 812320. The size standard is 8 (millions of dollars). This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is for Non personal Services.

Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Western Healthcare Operations Contracting Division requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following service: Laundry services, to include pick-up and delivery services for three locations (735 AMS Fleet Services Bldg 2037, 15 Med Group Clinic Bldg 559 and 15 Med Group (HPARC) Bldg 1113) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor- Hickam,in accordance with the PWS. Service Period of performance is base plus four option years.
