BUNNELL VENTILATOR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE SOLE SOURCE NOTICES

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.201. The Defense Health Agency, Western Markets Contracting Division hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Bunnell Incorporated under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.

P6N5XM5Y34W3 CAGE: 3T551 436 Lawndale Drive Salt Lake City, UT 84115 The work will be performed at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. The period of performance is 15 September 2024 to 14 September 2026. Bunnell Incorporated will be tasked to provide services maintenances.

The contractor shall provide all services, materials and equipment necessary for the repair/maintenance of the (3) Bunnell ventilators and (8) Bunnell patient boxes located at Naval Medical Readiness and Training Center (NMRTC) San Diego Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The applicable PSC is J065. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the size standard is $34.0 (million). This is not a request for quotes.

Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4:00PM PDT on August 27, 2024. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
