Add new SLIN 2001AD for 3 FTEs from 24 May 2024 – 14 March 2025 Current Task Order: Labor Category FTE Location Qty SLINs Referral Clerks 4 United States Naval Hospital Guam 7680 2001AA Medical Office Clerk 1 United States Naval Hospital Guam 1920 2001AB Medical Office Clerk 1 United States Naval Hospital Guam 1920 2001AC Request to increase FTEs on existing Option Year SLINs on below SLINS: Labor Category FTE Location Qty SLINs Medical Office Clerk 3 36th Medical Group Anderson AFB Guam 4560 2001AD There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement.

The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621999. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
