The scope of work includes the comprehensive cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, grease removal devices, and exhaust fans) to bare metal in strict accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 96 standards, monthly hood filter inspections, bi-annual hood filter replacements, and the manual sanitization/cleaning of approximately 2,509.15 square feet of painted drywall ceilings. The period of performance consists of a twelve (12) month Base Year beginning 10 August 2026, with four (4) consecutive twelve (12) month Option Periods.
