GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to procure Ambulance services in support of the 42d Medical Group (42MDG) at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is HT107212139715 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
