Update 04/22/2021 - The Final Solicitation is now open. The Workforce 3.0 HIVE has been locked for new posts, and old posts have been archived. Archived posts may still be accessed, but in the event of any inconsistencies between posted material and the solicitation, the solicitation controls. The solicitation is attached to the Beta.SAM posting below. Instructions for official RFP questions are attached. Please do not submit questions through the draft RFP box. Further, answers to the questions on DFP 2.99 are included.
