Clinical Reference Laboratory Testing Services

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity, Enterprise Medical Services Contracting Division, San Antonio, Texas, has awarded a single-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders to Laboratory Corporation of America.

This competitively awarded, non-personal services contract will support military beneficiaries worldwide by providing commercial clinical reference laboratory testing services across both the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The purpose of this strategic sourcing initiative is to process vital diagnostic laboratory tests that Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) currently lack the capability or capacity to execute in-house.

The contract structure consists of a five-year base period followed by a five-year option period, establishing a worldwide performance location with an ultimate completion date of July 9, 2036.
