Description
As published on SAM.gov.
Dental Integration Service Center (DISC) Corporate Dental System (CDS) is the computing environment that is comprised of the software and hardware resources that provide enterprise Information Technology (IT) in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Dental mission. CDS allows dental providers to collect, process, present, and archive dental workload data, acquire digital images, and update readiness and patient scheduling data.
DISC currently supports the Navy and Army dental mission at over 137 dental treatment facilities around the world. Each day, the directorate receives approximately 8,000 digital dental radio graphs that are acquired by Army and Navy dental treatment facilities. DHA has added the U.S. Navy to this Apteryx purchase. The manufacture provides software updates and technical support as needed.
