Offerors who determine that the technical requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal are requested to submit all questions in writing via an email directly to the KO and CS identified above.
All question shall be submitted NO LATER THAN (NLT) 10 a.m. EDT, 22 April, 2024. The Government will post all Questions and Answers on SAM.gov and amend the RFQ if necessary, NLT than 25 April 2024. All proposals shall be submitted NO LATER THAN (NLT) 10 a.m. EDT, 29 April 2024. This requirement is in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) at Brach Health Clinic Philadelphia, building 665, Philadelphia, PA. to provide Radiology Services (Two-View Chest X-rays.).
This acquisition is being conducted utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with appropriate parts of FAR Part 13 for the acquisition of commercial services.
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for non-personal services contract with a 12-month Base Year and four (4) 12 months Option Years resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforming to this solicitation’s requirements is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
The Offeror shall provide proof that they are located withing a (20) miles radius of the Branch Health Clinic Philadelphia. Offerors must quote a firm-fixed price for each Contract Line Item. This requirement is Set aside for Small Business NAICS code 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers size standard $16.5M. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms and conditions contained in this Solicitation.
