DHA DAD-MA Enterprise-Wide Patient Safety Program Support Services

The purpose of the RFI Amendment HT0011-24-RFI-0187-0001 is to extend the RFI Closing date from March 2, 2024 at 4 PM EST to March 12, 2024 at 4 PM EST. In addition, this amendment also specifies that all RFI responses/capability statements should be sent via email to Cherish Young, DHA PS-CD at cherish.d.young2.civ@health.mil and Vicki Whiteman, DHA PS-CD at vicki.l.whiteman.civ@health.mil NLT than 4 PM, March 12, 2024. The purpose of the Request for Information [Sources Sought] Notice HT0011-24-RFI-0187 is to seek interested sources capable of meeting the requirements for the DHA DAD-MA Enterprise-Wide Patient Safety Program (PSP) Support Services acquisition.
