The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for the acquisition of tactical clothing and equipment, in conjunction with an online e-commerce portal. Please review the enclosed attachments for full requirements.

Prospective vendors are requested to email Senior Contract Specialist Ryan Dolan at Ryan.Dolan@ice.dhs.gov indicating intent to bid on this requirement to ensure notification of any information posted to sam.gov, such as Q&A. Prospective vendors shall consolidate questions/clarifications on a weekly basis and submitted on Thursdays during the RFP period. Final questions/clarifications are due Thursday, August 22, 2024.
