McConnell Design-Build Project

This design-build project will replace the commissary fire and domestic water line and structure repair at McConnell AFB. It will close the existing water line, relocate the fire riser and domestic water line, and perform all structural repairs related to the water line break. The building is approximately 55,884 square feet. The new water line and structure repair will be installed as specified in construction documents.

Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted to be addressed in the solicitation. There are no charges or fees for solicitation documents. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
