Legacy Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile/Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Flight Test Support (LIFTS)

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Chandler, Arizona is being awarded a noncompetitive, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable, and fixed-price-incentive contract. The total value of this contract is $508,490,719.00.

Under this follow-on contract, the contractor will provide flight test support for the remaining Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile/Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (IRBM/ICBM) targets and integrated logistics support for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in support of Missile Defense System testing. The work will be performed in Chandler, Arizona, Corinne, Utah, and Elkton, Maryland. The performance period is from September 2026 through August 2035. One offer was solicited and one offer was received.
