Washington Headquarters Services (WHS)/ Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is releasing this solicitation electronically only, on the Department of Defense (DoD) Solicitation Portal in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil/. Offerors will be notified of any and all applicable amendments to this solicitation electronically via PIEE. Offerors shall submit their proposals electronically through PIEE.

Any proposal received after the due date and time specified for receipt will be considered late and will be rejected. This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide Audio/Visual (AV) Support Services for George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) College of International and Security Studies (CISS) located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

NOTE: To submit the proposal package, the Offeror must be registered as a Proposal Manager in the DoD PIEE Suite located at https://piee.eb.mil All questions, concerns, or requests for clarification for this RFP shall be submitted via Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil using the Offer Tab by Wednesday, June 5th, 2024 by 1400 Local Germany Time.
