“Bibliovation” Library Services Platform

Marshall Center (GCMC) College of International and Security Studies, Research Library “Bibliovation” Library Services Platform This is a Synopsis of Contatract Action; thus, this document does NOT constitute a Request for Quotations. The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) Contracting Office at George C. Marshall Center (GCMC), Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, intends to solicit and make a sole source award for “Bibliovation” Library Services Platform.

This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services). Description of Support, Hosting, and Maintenance provided by PTFS Bibliovation: Application support – Bibliovation module support (including the digital content management module) for the most current production version and one version back; Two accounts in the Support Center Portal; User listserv account membership; Access to the LibLime Reports Library.

System IT hosting – Multi-hourly logical data backups; Nightly full system backups; FedRAMP security certification for infrastructure, platform, & software in the hosting facility; Secure firewalled accreditation boundary; Daily US Cyber Security Agencies updates; All hardware sustainment. Software maintenance – Annual production software upgrades; Point release bug fixes; user manual(s) updates; Cumulative upgrade release notes.

Period of Performance: (1) Twelve Month Base Year plus (4) Twelve Month Option Years.
