Intent to Sole Source-AutoDesk Software

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The Defense Media Activity, Fort Meade, Md, intends to solicit and negotiate on a noncompetitive sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) “For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold”, to DLT Solutions LLC., to serve as the supplier for Autodesk products for technical documentation as well as 3D, motion, and graphic productions.

These services will be provided to the Defense Media Activity, Fort Meade, Md. NAICS Code is 541519 and the size standard is $34 million. This is a supply contract to provide Autodesk products for technical documentation as well as 3D, motion, and graphic productions from authorized reseller DLT Solutions LLC for use by Defense Media Activity personnel.
