AMENDMENT 1, DATED 8/24/2024:

Request for Expedited Delivery: DFAS is requesting no-charge expedited delivery for the requested items. Althought the Description of Need in the RFQ document says 30 days ARO delivery, DFAS would appreciate your consideration in delivering all items on or before September 30, 2024. Thank you. There are no additional updates to the RFQ. END

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, DFAS-Indianapolis and DFAS-Limestone, Maine, has a requirement for the following items: A) A total quantity of 110 each 64-channel digital radios with programming included (30 each for DFAS-LI, 80 each for DFAS-IN) B) Quantity 1 each SLR Repeater (for DFAS-IN) C) Quantity 2 each 16-channel digital Base Station Radios with programming included (for DFAS-IN).

Note: All items shall be delivered to the DFAS-IN site--this includes the radios for DFAS-Limestone, ME. This is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. Please see the Description of Need in the RFQ document for complete details about the items being requested. There are three forms attached for you to complete and return with your quote.

1) Attachment 1--Schedule of Items form. Provide your pricing and product information (manufacturer, part numbers) on this form. Complete and return.

2) Attachment 2--Provisions and Clause form. Complete all items highlighted in yellow. Sign, return with your quote.

3) Attachment 3--Technical Certification Form + Alternate Minimum Required Technical Specification Form. Read and follow directions on this form carefully. If you are not able to answer 'yes' to all questions in item 1, you can provide information in item 2 and your quote may be considered for award. If you were able to answer 'yes' to all questions in item 1, DO NOT complete Item 2. Return with your quote. Questions must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Questions will be answered at the Contracting Officer's discretion. END
