The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Cleveland, Ohio (DFAS-CL) has a Brand Name Only requirement for Best CORMAX Combinated Cores and Blank Keys. Please see the Description of Need, section 2.0 of the RFQ document, for complete details. . This is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. Delivery is requested within 30 days ARO. Contact the Point of Contact listed in the Description of Need to set up delivery. The requested Brand Name Items are:

1) Best CORMAX Combinated Cores, part 1CX 7 X10 W 2 626. Quantity 906 each. (Note that Core Marks by Vendor are required and the number of cores with each Core Mark are detailed in the Description of Need.) 2) Best CORMAX Key Blanks, part 1AX1X10W1KS717KS699. Quantity 250 each. Please reference the RFQ document for complete details. Please complete and return the following two attached forms with your quote--RFQ Attachment 1 Prov and Clause and RFQ Attachment 2 Schedule of Items.

This RFQ closes at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time on Monday, September 16, 2024. Questions will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 and will be answered at the Contracting Officer's discretion. END
