Department of Defense STARBASE Program

This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this notice to obtain information to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

This Sources Sought Notice is seeking support required by The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (Reserve Integration) (OASD/R&RA(RI)). This support shall include the development and implementation of training, assistance and assessment programs designed to increase the enrollment, retention, and graduation rates of the National Guard Youth Challenge Program (NGYCP) and Department of Defense STARBASE program.
