BODY BUNKER PROJECT

This requirement is to procure hand-held body bunker shields for Pentagon Police Division (PPD) to use for protection during high-risk situations involving potential violent protests, active shooter events, adversarial confrontations, barricade situations, etc. These items will be used as supplemental upgrades to the original items utilized by the Agency (as supplemental devices for the Emergency Response Team (ERT).

The requested body bunker devices have type-specific requirements that are optimal for maintaining a quick response to addressed adversarial events (life-safety driven). These items are used to protect PPD officers and DoD civilian counterparts against hostile, violent actors using lethal force. This requirement is to purchase commodities necessary to provide security and law enforcement for the Pentagon facilities. This includes shipping of all described materials.
