The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization - Military Aviation and Installation Assurance Siting Clearinghouse Requirement

The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization requires a contractor to provide non-personal technical and analytical services to support the Clearinghouse with the identification and assessment of energy projects for impact on the DoD mission.

Specifically, the Contractor shall support the Executive Director and Deputy Director of the Clearinghouse in its review of any potential impact of energy and transmission line projects on military testing, training, and operations.
