Meeting Interpretation, Equipment Rental and Support Services

Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate in support of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy within the Office of the Secretary of Defense is seeking information on how an interested firm may provide rental of, setting up of the audio visual and interpretation equipment one day in advance of the meeting, and also providing conference technical support for the duration of the meeting.

The tear down will also need to be performed by the contractor at the end of the event, on 7 June 2024. Period of rental will be from 5 to 7 June 2024. This includes but is not limited to audio and interpretation equipment rental with associated support including a rental of the Interpretation Booth, Interpretation/Sound Equipment, Electrical Equipment, providing In-Conference Technical Support.
