RFP Prospector - Critical Rare Earth Minerals and Battery Industrial Sectors

AMENDMENT 0002 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Prospector - Rare Earth Minerals and Battery Industrial Sectors The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) as the agency has a need to procure a subscription for worldwide access to an existing platform with data and analysis on critical rare earth minerals and battery industrial sectors to enable NGA to gain a more detailed, global view of trade.

This will allow NGA to monitor key developments in precious mineral markets, and the precious mineral global supply chains. This RFP is for the subject contract to be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 procedures, and the specific information outlined within this RFP and its attachments. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract that comprises of a 1-year base period (Base Year) and 4, 1-year option periods (OY1 – OY4). Amendment 0002 has added: 1.) Updated SOW, dated 15 September 2025 Proposals are due no later than 12 noon on 19 SEP 2025. Proposals SHALL acknowledge the RFP and all issued amendments (0001 and 0002).
